Bookings, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Bookings:
A commitment must be made to tutors several months ahead of a workshop to ensure adequate time for booking flights and other travel arrangements and to set up teaching opportunities elsewhere in Australia. It is therefore necessary to have firm commitments from participants as early as possible for the limited places available. To secure your place, a deposit or payment in full is required.
A wait list will be created once all places are taken.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation due to tutor illness or other unforeseen circumstance, we will reschedule. If the new date is not convenient, a full refund will be given. The refund will be by bank transfer, so you will need to provide your BSB and account number. Cancellation by a student on the following scale if payment in full has been made:More than 30 days prior to the commencement of the workshop, full refund less less the credit card transaction fee.7-29 days prior - 50% refunds will be given.Less than 7 days prior – no refund. If only a deposit has been paid, this will be non-refundable 30 days or less from the start of the workshop.If you need to cancel, please send an email or call directly on 08 8388 2371.
Note that you may transfer your booking to another person, if you are unable to attend.
